Usage
Usage (PC)
To connect the headset to a computer (or other device) with both a headphone jack and a microphone jack, use the included PC extension cable. Connect the headset's 3.5mm plug to the female jack on the PC extension cable. Then plug the two 3.5mm jacks of the extension cable into the corresponding audio jack (green) and voice jack (red) on the PC. If you only need audio, you can plug the main 3.5mm port directly into the headphone input.
Plug the USB jack into your computer to enable the RGB flowing light.

Note: If your Xbox One™ controller does not have a 3.5mm jack, you will need the Xbox One™ Stereo headset adapter (sold separately) that plugs into the Xbox One™ controller.

Usage (PlayStation™ 4)
To use the headset with PlayStation™ 4 (PS4™), connect the 3.5mm plug on the headset directly to the PS4™ game controller and follow these steps:
- Turn on the game console.
- Navigate to the Settings menu and select it.
- Select Sound/Devices > Output to headphones > All Audio.

Usage (PlayStation™ 5)
To use the headset with PlayStation™ 5 (PS5™), connect the 3.5mm plug on the headset directly to the PS5™ game controller and follow these steps:
- Turn on the game console.
- Press the PlayStation™ button once to bring up the Control Centre.
- Select Sound > Output Device > Headset (Controller).

To use the headset with Nintendo Switch, connect the 3.5mm plug on the headset directly to your Nintendo Switch.
Note: If the game you play does not support voice chat, you may need to use the Nintendo Switch Online app for voice chat.

To use the headset with other devices featuring a 3.5mm headphone jack, connect the 3.5mm plug directly into the headset jack on your device.

Question 1: The microphone is not working.
Answer:
- Please ensure the 3.5mm headset jack is fully plugged into the audio jack on your gaming devices and that the microphone is not muted. Try unplugging and replugging it.
- Check the audio settings and console version. Ensure your controller's system software is up to date.
- For PS4™ user: Follow these steps: Go to Settings >> Devices >> Audio Devices >> Output to Headphones >> All Audio >> Turn on 'Switch Output Device Automatically'.
- For Xbox One™ user: Go to Settings >> Turn on the 'Headset mic' >> Increase all audio settings. If experiencing no gameplay sounds or party chat: Navigate Home -> Settings -> Audio -> Headset chat mixer.
