How to Connect

Headset Wear and Adjustment

Illustrations demonstrating how to wear the headset, adjust the microphone to approximately 1/2" (12mm) from the corner of the mouth, and replace the earmuffs.

How to Use

Base Unit Buttons:

  1. PC Button: Press to enter the softphone dialing screen, answer, or enter a softphone's call.
  2. Phone Button: Press to enter the phone dialing screen, answer, or end a phone's call.
  3. Teams Button / Voice Assistant Button:
    • (Teams Edition) Press to invoke the Teams client; Hold 2 seconds to activate Cortana.
    • (UC Edition) Hold 2 seconds to activate voice assistant.

Note: Before using the Teams button functions, install the Microsoft Teams client on your PC, smartphone, or tablet.

Headset Buttons:

  1. Mute Button (4): Press to mute or unmute the microphone.
  2. Volume Up (5): Press to turn up the volume.
  3. Volume Down (7): Press to turn down the volume.
  4. Teams Button/Answer Call Button (6): Press to answer, reject, or end a call. Hold 2 seconds to activate Cortana (Teams Edition) or voice assistant (UC Edition).
