Operation Steps
Connecting the Power
1. Connect the charger to a compatible power adapter (9V/2A, 9V/2.7A, or 12V/2A) using a Type-C quick charge cable to power on the device.

3. Attach your Apple Watch to the magnetic charging area; it will align and charge automatically.

LED Indicator Lights

Interrupted or Slow Charging
- Ensure the back of your phone does not have metal attachments, pop sockets, or credit cards.
- Place the phone in the center of the charging surface to align the charging coils.
- Note: The wireless charging coil on some Sony phones is located slightly below the center.
- Phone cases should be no thicker than 5 mm for effective charging.
- Verify that the connected adapter is a QC3.0 fast charger.
Failing to Charge Device
- Try restarting your cell phone and testing with another USB cable.
- Check if the indicator light on the charger is on.
- Ensure the adapter is a QC3.0 Quick Charger (Output: 9V/2A). The original iPhone adapter may not be compatible.
- Confirm your phone case thickness is less than or equal to 5mm. Metal rings or magnetic pads on the case will prevent charging.
