Precautions for use

1. In order to have more accurate measurements of SpO2 and PR, the oximeter should be used in quiet and comfortable environment.
2. When the oximeter is in use, it must be ensured the batteries have sufficient capacity; otherwise there might be such phenomena as starting-up abnormalities or inaccurate measurement data, etc.
3. Please use a dry finger to measure, and keep still when measuring
4. Please do not measure with nail polish/fake nails/excessive fingernails
5. Since dark-skinned people have a stronger ability to absorb infrared rays, it takes longer to measure
6. The temperature will affect the measurement results. If the temperature of the tested finger is too low, please rub the finger to warm it up and measure again.
7. Excessive ambient light (including fluorescent lamps, double rubies, etc., infrared heaters, direct sunlight, etc.) will affect the measurement results. Please cover appropriately or change the measurement environment.
8. This item for sports and aviation use only, not for medical use.

Battery Installations

1. Press the button down on the back panel of oximeter and push the battery cover horizontally along the arrow.
2. Install the two AAA batteries into battery cabin in correct polarities.(as shown as the right)
3. Close the battery cover.

Notes:

• Pay attention to the correct polarities terminals of the battery, which are marked with plus and minus signs. Do not install the battery in wrong direction.
• Please remove the battery if the oximeter will not be used for long time.

Operation Instructions

1. Install two AAA batteries correctly according to the positive and negative marks on the battery compartment.
2. Nip the oximeter, then insert one of fingers into the rubber hole of the oximeter before releasing the oximeter, and your nail surface must be upward.
3. Press the function button once on front panel.
4. Your finger and body keep still when measuring, do not tremble during.

Note：
Why does the reading always change?

• The pulse oximeter measures data in real time. Since the body changes dynamically, the results also change over time. Please use it with confidence.

Safety Information

1. Explosion hazard. Do not use the oximeter in the presence of flammable anesthetics mixture with air, oxygen, or hydrogen.
2. When the oximeter is in use, there should not be any great power appliances as high voltage cables, X-ray machine, ultrasound equipment and electrizer in use nearby.
3. Keep the oximeter away from dust, vibration, corrosive substances, explosive materials, high temperature and moisture.
4. The oximeter should be handled with care so as to avoid shocks and falls.
5. Please do not use such pointed objects as pen point or nails for pressing operation, otherwise it might cause permanent damage to the surface of the keyboard.
6. To ensure accurate performance and prevent device failure, do not expose the oximeter to extreme moisture, such as direct exposure to rain. Such exposure may cause inaccurate performance or device failure.
7. Please do not open the enclosure. The enclosure shall only be opened by the authorized person.
8. Follow local ordinances and recycling instructions regarding disposal or recycling of the device and device components, including batteries.
