I. Product Connection Steps

Before first use, please remove the insulating stickers from the earphones, then place them in the charging case to charge. Once both the earphones and the charging case are fully charged, take the earphones out of the case to turn them on and connect via your phone's Bluetooth.

1. Step 1: Power On
   Take the earphones out of the charging case or long press the touch area on both left (L) and right (R) earphones for 3 seconds. The earphones will automatically pair with each other.
2. Step 2: Bluetooth Connection
   Turn on your phone's Bluetooth function and search for pairing devices.
3. Step 3: Select Device Model
   Choose "Baseus Encok WM01" from the list of available devices.
4. Step 4: Power Off
   Place the earphones back into the charging case. They will automatically turn off and begin charging.

II. Product Function Operations

Music Mode:

• Play/Pause: Double-tap the touch area on the left (L) or right (R) earphone.
• Previous Track: Long press the touch area on the left (L) earphone for 1.5 seconds.
• Next Track: Long press the touch area on the right (R) earphone for 1.5 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Xiao Ai/Xiao Yi/Bixby): Triple-tap the touch area on the left (L) or right (R) earphone.

Call Mode:

• Answer/Hang Up Call: Double-tap the touch area on the left (L) or right (R) earphone.
• Reject Call: Long press the touch area on the left (L) or right (R) earphone for 1.5 seconds.

III. Charging Case Indicator Light

Charging the Earphones: While charging, the earphone indicator light will be solid red. Once fully charged, the light will turn white for 5 seconds and then turn off.

Charging the Charging Case: While charging, the charging case indicator light will flash white. Once fully charged, the light will remain solid white.

• The product contains batteries. Do not expose it to strong sunlight or high temperatures (e.g., near a heater). Do not store the product in high temperature, strong light, or strong magnetic field environments.

1. Phone cannot find Bluetooth earphones / Bluetooth connection is unstable / Disconnects from phone while using earphones / Audio stutters or cuts out?
   A: 1) Ensure you are within 10 meters of your phone's Bluetooth connection range and avoid interference from walls or bodies. 2) Make sure the earphones have sufficient battery power and re-enter pairing mode for connection. 3) If the issue persists, place the earphones back into the charging case, manually ignore the Bluetooth device on your phone, turn off Bluetooth, perform a factory reset, and then attempt to connect again. 4) Due to the nature of Bluetooth earphones, electromagnetic waves in your area might interfere with the connection, causing no sound or disconnections. Please move to an area with less interference before connecting.
2. Why won't my earphones turn on or off?
   A: 1) Ensure both the charging case and earphones have power. Open the charging case lid, and the earphones will automatically turn on. 2) With power in the charging case, place the earphones back into the case and close the lid; they will automatically turn off. 3) If the charging case has no power, turn off the Bluetooth function on your phone; the earphones will automatically shut down after 5 minutes. 4) Keep the earphone charging contacts and the charging pins in the case clean. Clean them regularly with a clean, dry cotton cloth.
3. Why is there no sound from one earphone after taking it out?
   A: 1) Place the earphones back into the charging case and close the lid, then take them out again. 2) If the issue is not resolved, place the earphones back into the charging case, manually ignore the Bluetooth device on your phone, turn off Bluetooth, perform a factory reset, and then reconnect.
4. Does the low-latency effect require a specific phone brand?
   A: Baseus's self-developed low-latency technology is compatible with Apple iOS and all Android models, providing a seamless low-latency experience.
5. Why is the touch function not sensitive?
   A: 1) Ensure the earphone touch area is clean and free of moisture. 2) Ensure your finger is clean and dry, without any foreign objects. 3) Make sure you are touching the correct area and complete the double-tap or triple-tap operation within 0.5 seconds. 4) If the issue persists, place the earphones back into the charging case, manually ignore the Bluetooth device on your phone, turn off Bluetooth, perform a factory reset, and then reconnect.
6. How to "burn-in" earphones for better sound quality?
   A: 1) (Select gentle music) Play music at one-third of the normal volume for 12 hours. 2) (Avoid rock music) Play music at two-thirds of the normal volume for 12 hours. 3) (Select regular music) Play music at the normal volume for 72 hours. 4) (Select regular music) Play music at three-quarters of the normal volume for 24 hours.
