Operation Guide

1. BASS/TREBLE:
   • Rotate directly to adjust bass volume.
   • Short press and then rotate to adjust the treble volume.
2. MIC VOL/ECHO:
   • Rotate directly to adjust the microphone volume.
   • Short press and then rotate to adjust the ECHO.
3. Power/ Source：
   • Long press for 2 seconds to power on/off.
   • Short press to switch audio source, switching order: Bluetooth mode — AUX mode —USB Mode.
4. Play/Pause/ ：
   • Short press to pause/play music. (Note: In AUX mode, short press the button to mute the speaker.）
   • When the speaker is connected to a Bluetooth device, long press 2S to force disconnect the connected Bluetooth device and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
5. Volume -/Previous： 
   • Short press to decrease volume. In Bluetooth and USB mode, long press to switch to the previous song.
6. Volume +/Next： 
   • Short press to increase volume. In Bluetooth and USB mode, long press to switch to the next song.
7. Indicator Light : 
   • Standby Indicator: Bluetooth/Orange light — AUX/Orange light — USB/Orange light. When switching modes, the orange light flashes , switching successfully, the corresponding audio source tones to remind, the orange light is always on.
     When power is insufficient, light turns red and flashes.
   • Charging indicator: in charging, red light is always on; in full charge state, Switch to green light is always on.
8. AUX Mode: 
   • Connect device to the speakers via the signal cable and switch to AUX mode to play music.
9. USB Mode: 
   • Insert a USB stick and switch to USB mode to play music.
10. Power Input: 
    • Plug in the AC power cord and connect the power supply.
11. Restore Factory Settings : 
    • Long press the “ ” button for 5s to clear the Bluetooth pairing record and turn to the default volume and Bluetooth mode.
12. Bluetooth Mode : 
    • Press the  button to select Bluetooth mode, the Standby indicator light will flash, turn on the cell phone’s Bluetooth, search to “F&D RW40” and click to pair.
    • Upon successful pairing, the Standby indicator lights up and the Bluetooth mode tone sounds.
    • If a password is required, please input “0000”.
13. TWS Operating Instructions ： 
    • Support up to two RW40 combination stereo TWS function, the operation is as follows.
    • After the speakers are turned on, make sure the Bluetooth is not connected to the cell phone and other Bluetooth devices.
    • Double-click the button of any one speaker to enter the TWS pairing state.
    • If TWS connection is successful, tone sounds, the host indicator flashes slowly, the vice indicator is always on.
    • Turn on the cell phone’s Bluetooth and search to “F&D RW40” to connect, after successful connection, the two RW40 Standby indicator light is always on and ready to play music.
    • Double-click the button of any one speaker to disconnect the TWS connection.
14. Auto Shutdown ： 
    • The device automatically enters the shutdown state for more than 15 minutes without any key operation and audio playback in case of no audio connection.
15. Speaker is silent, what should I do? 
    • Please check if the battery is sufficient.

• Please detect if the volume is minimized or if you have pressed pause in AUX mode.
• Please check whether the Bluetooth device is on and whether the connection is successful or normal.
• Please check if the Bluetooth device is on, the connection is successful or normal.
• In Bluetooth mode, if the sound is cut off, please bring the speaker closer to your Bluetooth device.
• In Bluetooth mode, to ensure the best use of the unit, please adjust your Bluetooth device to the appropriate volume.
• If the Bluetooth connection is unsuccessful, please try to switch the unit back on and off and connect your Bluetooth device again.

CAUTION

1. No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the equipment.
2. Ventilation holes should not be covered with items such as newspapers, tablecloths and curtains that would prevent ventilation.
3. The system must not be left in a wet environment, and must not be exposed to rain or strong shocks.
4. The equipment should not be placed on the vase such as a class of items filled with liquid.
5. The battery (battery pack or combination of batteries) should not be exposed to such as sunlight, fire or similar overheating environment.
6. If the battery is not replaced properly there is a risk of explosion, only with the same type or equivalent type of battery to replace.
7. If debris or liquid accidentally falls into the product, immediately disconnect the power supply and have it inspected by a professional before use.
8. Shall not open the back cover to prevent electric shock and other accidents, such as the need for maintenance, should be asked to deal with the company’s personnel.

The warranty will be effective only if the warranty card is completed and returned to the company within 14 days from the date of purchase. We guarantee the provision of free services of F&D product within the warranty period from its date of purchase from our Authorized Dealer. The period and conditions of our warranty service are as follow:

1. The warranty covers services by our F&D Authorized Dealer. This warranty card together with the receipt must be presented when servicing is required. This warranty card is irreplaceable in the event of loss.
2. Repair services will be provided for defects arising from normal usage for the following period, commencing from the date of purchase from our F&D Authorized Dealer.
