Welcome to Junior Adventures Group (Dawn Until Dusk)! We're so pleased to have you and your child(ren) with us. As you've recently moved from the D2D system to our new MagicBooking platform, we understand things might feel a little unfamiliar — but don't worry, we're here to help with every step of the way.
To make things easier, we've attached a PDF with full FAQs, and below is a quick summary to help you get started:
Booking Activities Made Simple
- Go to ‘Book Activity' to view available sessions at your registered centres.
- If you don't see any activities, check that your account is linked to the correct centre(s) for example, Wrap Around Care or Holiday HQ.
- Use filters to narrow down activities by centre.
- Click 'Read more' on any activity card to view full details including age range, dates, pricing, and special needs info.
- Booking types include:
- Daily – for flexible holiday bookings
- Recurring – for regular wrap-around care
- Ad-Hoc – Rolling 8-week ability to book ad-hoc dates – available latest from August 26th, 2025, for Wrap Around 25/26
How to Book
- Choose your activity and click ‘Book'
- Select your child, session, and dates
- Check availability (green = available, orange = limited, red = full)
- Review your booking and proceed to check out
Flexible Payment Options
You can pay using:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit/Debit Card
- Monthly Instalments
- Tax-Free Childcare Vouchers
- Other Childcare Vouchers
- Account Credit
Planning ahead?
If you make a booking 28 days or more in advance, you'll be offered the option to split your payment into monthly instalments. To use this feature, simply select ‘Split into monthly payments at checkout.
Please note: If you have already made a booking without setting up monthly payments – please do contact us so that we can add one for you.
Managing Your Bookings
- View all bookings (past, present, future) in the ‘Bookings' section
- Use Calendar View to see your schedule at a glance
- Check your account balance, including any credits or overdue payments
- Make payments, view instalments, and amend bookings (add/cancel dates)
- Access invoices, payment history, and expected payments
