Junior Adventures Group accepts payments from most major childcare voucher providers and Tax-Free Childcare (TFC) through HMRC. Please find the relevant details below if you plan to use these options to pay for your child's sessions.

When making a payment, you will need to use our account number or search for our company name. Our details for each provider are as follows:

Tax-Free Childcare – HMRC

Junior Adventures Group accepts Tax-Free Childcare payments, and thanks to integration with our booking system, it is now easier than ever!

How to set up Tax-Free Childcare:

Apply and create your TFC account: Create an account with Childcare Choices. Click here.
Use your child's venue name, postcode, or Ofsted registration number. D2D parents link and JAG parents link.

Within your JAG account:

Child > Edit Child > Update TFC Number

Connect your HMRC account to our booking system:

Account > Account Details > click 'Connect Account' on the HMRC card and follow the prompts.

Once connected, your TFC balance will automatically appear in our system and be applied to your bookings — no manual payments needed.

You can top up and view your balance in the booking system:

JAG Account > Account Details

Important Notes:

Please email us once you have connected your TFC account with us or processed a TFC payment.
Please email us if you have made a booking for Summer Holiday HQ and are paying via Childcare Vouchers.
When you link your TFC? Please cancel any standing orders via your Childcare Choices account to avoid duplicate payments.

Payment Methods We No Longer Accept

Please note that Junior Adventures Group no longer accepts cash, cheque, or PayPal payments through the new booking system. However, we will honour these wraparound care booking payments for the remainder of the summer term.
