BioLAB offers a range of Manual Solid Phase Extraction Systems designed for efficient laboratory analysis.
Manual Solid Phase Extraction System
The Manual Solid Phase Extraction System is a negative pressure device that utilizes a solid adsorbent to isolate target compounds from liquid samples. It separates the target compound from the sample matrix and interfering compounds, then elutes it with an eluent or uses heat to desorb it. This process achieves separation, purification, and enrichment of target compounds, reducing sample matrix interference and improving detection sensitivity. It is commonly used in analytical laboratories for research, HPLC, GCMS, and HPLC-MS applications. It is also known as Liquid-Solid Extraction.
100 Manual Solid Phase Extraction System
The 12, 24, and 36-well square solid phase extraction instruments are constructed from transparent organic glass, offering strong corrosion resistance. The vacuum tank features uniform wall thickness, capable of withstanding high negative pressure above -0.096Mpa without deformation during long-term high-pressure use. The pressure distribution is uniform, ensuring good airtightness and stability. The extraction speed is consistent, with convenient control and adjustment. Multi-channels can be controlled independently, and the joints are corrosion-resistant. The internal test tube rack is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, providing high corrosion resistance.

Image description: A laboratory instrument for 36 samples, with a transparent base, sample tube rack, and pressure gauge, suitable for manual solid phase extraction.
BSPE-104 Solid Phase Extraction
The BSPE-104 features good sealing, high consistency, and an anti-cross pollution and anti-atomization vacuum tank design. It offers simple and rapid operation with no phase separation, making it easy to collect analysis components and process small samples. It can be equipped with large-capacity collection containers for batch processing or individual sample processing. The vacuum tank is constructed from extra-hard thick PC material with uniform wall thickness, capable of withstanding high negative pressure above -0.08Mpa. The internal test tube racks are made of high polymer materials, which are aesthetically pleasing, corrosion-resistant, and will not deform under long-term high pressure. The liquid circuit switch utilizes high-quality valves, with each valve offering independent control, ensuring durability and ease of operation.
