General Safety Instructions

This equipment is for indoor use only. Position it on a clear level surface, away from water and thick carpets. Ensure all bolts and nuts are tightened before use. Inspect for any damage signs before each use. Never operate if not working properly or if damaged. Do not attempt self-repair; only authorized personnel should service it. Use only authorized accessories. Keep clean and dry. Exercise caution when assembling, lifting, and moving to avoid spine injuries.

Electrical Safety

Fixed power cables must be replaced by authorized service points. Keep the equipment and power cord away from heat, water, moisture, and sharp edges. Ensure the cord does not touch hot or sharp elements.

Personal Safety

Consult a physician before starting, especially if over 35 or with health problems. The manufacturer is not responsible for injuries due to non-compliance. Use only as intended. Pulse sensors are for reference only, not medical devices. Over-exercising can lead to serious injury or death. Stop if feeling unwell. Wear appropriate clothing and shoes (running/aerobic shoes with rubber soles). Keep hair, clothing, and jewelry away from moving parts. Warm up before exercise. Do not overload (max 100 kg). Incorrect or excessive exercise may result in injury or death. If experiencing pain (chest pain, nausea, dizziness, shortness of breath), stop immediately and consult a physician. Children aged 8+ and persons with reduced capabilities may use under supervision. Keep children and pets away from the equipment at all times.

Additional Safety Warnings for Treadmills

Ensure the safety key is attached to clothing or belt. Do not insert objects into openings to avoid electric shock. Never start while standing on the belt; use foot rails until the belt moves. If the treadmill accelerates unexpectedly, immediately unplug the safety switch. Never leave unattended when plugged in; disconnect when not in use. Provide a 1x2m clear area behind the treadmill. Hold handrails until comfortable and familiar with the equipment.

Grounding Instructions

This product must be grounded. Grounding provides a path of least resistance for electrical current to reduce the risk of electric shock. The product is equipped with an equipment-grounding conductor and plug. Plug into an appropriately installed and grounded outlet according to local codes. Improper connection can cause electric shock. Do not modify the plug. Use on a 220-240 Volt circuit with a matching grounding plug. No adapter should be used.

Safety Key Instructions

The device is equipped with a SAFETY KEY. Operation requires the key to be correctly attached to the console's contact point. Detachment stops the equipment automatically. Attach the clip to clothing before each session. To stop quickly or in an emergency, remove the key by pulling its cord. Ensure the clip is firmly attached to clothing to detach in case of a fall. Keep the safety key inaccessible to children.

Incline Adjustment

Select one of the 3 incline levels and insert the bolt (A) into the appropriate slot. If there is a gap between the running deck and frame after selecting an incline level, adjust by turning the supporting foot (B) clockwise or anticlockwise.

Folding Up the Treadmill

WARNING: Do not connect to power or operate when folded. Ensure the running surface stops completely before folding. Do not lean on or place items on the folded equipment that could make it unstable.

  1. Set the ON/OFF switch to OFF and unplug the equipment.
  2. Remove the ball pin from location A.
  3. Hold the frame at C and raise it until the middle of the handrail.
  4. Insert the ball pin removed from step 2 into location D to lock the deck in place.

[Diagrams showing the folding process with points A, B, C, D, and pin 9.]

Unfolding the Treadmill

NOTE: Keep people and pets away from the treadmill when unfolding.

  1. Hold the frame at A and remove the ball pin from B.
  2. Carefully lower the running deck and lock it by inserting the ball pin into C.

[Diagrams showing the unfolding process.]

Maintenance

Regular maintenance is important for optimal performance and to reduce wear. Inspect and tighten all parts each time the treadmill is used. Replace worn parts immediately. WARNING: Always unplug the treadmill before cleaning or maintenance.

Running Belt Lubrication

Friction between the belt and deck impacts lifespan and performance. Apply lubricating oil regularly. Inspect the running deck surface; if damaged, stop use and contact service. Clean between the deck and belt before lubricating. Use only provided or dedicated lubricants. Apply lubricant between the deck and belt according to usage intensity: low (yearly), medium (every 6 months), high (every 3 months). IMPORTANT: Unplug before lubricating.

Apply about 5 ml of lubricant in a zig-zag motion between the belt and deck surface. Run the treadmill at a slow speed for 5-10 minutes to spread the lubricant. Unplug afterwards.

[Diagram showing lubricant application.]

Belt Tension Adjustment

The belt is pre-tensioned but may stretch and loosen. Too loose: slips. Too tight: reduces motor performance, wears rollers. WARNING: Unplug and detach safety key before adjustment. After adjustment, re-attach key, plug in, and run to check tension. Adjustment screws are at the deck ends. Tighten/loosen by 1/4 turn clockwise/anticlockwise with the provided hex wrench. Check for slipping. Properly tightened belt lifts 50-75 mm off the deck. WARNING: Do not overtighten.

[Diagram showing adjustment screws and hex wrench.]

Belt Centering

The belt should run centrally. Stress or load can cause shifting. Adjust by rotating deck end adjustment bolts clockwise (right shift) or anticlockwise (left shift) by 1/4 turn. Observe the belt for a few minutes for adjustment. Repeat if necessary.
