Fault Description

Problem type: Other failures, Incorrect description:

  1. Malfunction
    – Carpet detection cannot be activated in the app
    – Note appears: “Ultrasonic sensor error” (see appendix)
  2. Disturbance
    – The device resets itself about once a month and the factory settings are restored
    – Language changed, WiFi connection disconnected and maps lost
    – the robot is always in the base and the base is connected to the power supply (battery level 100%)
  3. Disturbance
    – WiFi connection disconnected automatically
    – WiFi connection can no longer be established
    – The robot’s WiFi is not displayed in the network configuration, even though the robot is in the corresponding mode.

Detection and Maintenance
