This guide uses the Matrice 4TD aircraft as an example. Refer to the actual product purchased. The aircraft comes with a micro SD card. In some regions, an FTS module is included. The aircraft needs to be installed with an FTS module to meet C6 requirements.

Installing DJI Cellular Dongle 2 (Optional)
- Operate when the aircraft is powered off. To avoid damage, DO NOT apply force onto the dongle surface or pull the antennas by force.
Make sure the antenna cables are firmly connected and the cable routing is tidy. - The aircraft supports installing DJI payloads. And the installing method for the dongle is different if the aircraft is used with the FTS module.

Charging
- Charge the remote controller to activate the internal battery before using for the first time.

Power on: Press, and then press and hold the power button.
Linking and Activation
- The devices require activation before first Make sure the remote controller is connected to the internet and follow the instructions in the app for activation.
- When using with the dock, refer to the manuals in the dock package to complete installation, preparation, linking, and activation.
Preparing the Remote Controller
- DO NOT operate other wireless devices at the same frequency as the remote controller, to avoid signal interference.
Start (Stop) Motors
Perform Combination Stick Command and hold for two seconds.
- Always set an appropriate RTH mode and RTH altitude before takeoff.
- Press the Flight Pause button 11 for emergency braking during flight.
