USING GUIDE
- Connect the USB cable to the power bank.
- Place the power bank into the inner pocket.
- Long press the heating/ mode button for 1s to turn on.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
- Prior to cleaning, always disconnect the Power Bank from the heating pad and remove it from the heating pad’s pocket.
- Always keep the Power Bank away from water or other liquids, as this may cause damage. To clean the Power Bank, use a dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaning agents.
NOTICE:
- Supported to use wet towel to wipe the heating pad surface.
- Not supported to wash the heating pad.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Why the heating pad can not be turned on?
- Cause: The power bank runs out of battery.
Solution: Press the power bank button to check the battery power. - Cause: The heating pad doesn’t turn on properly.
Solution: Long press the heating pad power button for 1s after the power bank is turned on. - Cause: The voltage/current of the power bank is too low.
Solution: Please use the power bank we provide, or choose another adapter or power bank that supports 5V rated voltage output and an output current greater than or equal to 2-Amp.
Why is the heating pad not hot enough?
- Cause: The use time is not long enough.
Solution: It’s recommended to use it continuously for more than 5 minutes before judging if the temperature meets the needs. - Cause: Everyone’s tolerance to temperature is different.
Solution: To prevent low-temperature burns, we have limited the highest temperature. - Cause: The battery of the power bank is low.
Solution: Fully charge the power bank before use. - Cause: The adapter or power bank’s output power is lower than 10W.
Solution: Please use the power bank we provide, or choose another adapter or power bank which supports 5V rated voltage output and an output current greater than or equal to 2-Amp.
Why does the heating pad stop working after using it for a while?
- Cause: For safety, the product has a 30-minute automatic shutdown function.
Solution: It’s recommended to restart the heating pad after a while. - Cause: The power bank runs out of battery while using.
Solution: Press the power bank button to check the battery power.

- Please check this heating pad and connection cable frequently for signs of wear and tear or damage. If detected, discontinue use and contact customer service.
- While charging, do not cover the power bank with covers, cushions ,or similar items.
- Do not charge the power bank while the heating pad is in use.
- Risk of explosion! Do not put the power bank on fire or it may explode.
- Do not disassemble or crush the power bank.
- batteries must be charged correctly before use. The instructions from the manufacturer and the specifications in these instructions for use regarding correct charging must be observed at all times.
- Never expose the power bank to extreme heat. This applies in particular to storage in a car. Extreme temperatures can occur inside the vehicle and in the glove compartment when the vehicle is parked for a long period. Therefore, remove the power bank from the vehicle.

- It is recommended not to use the massage function excessively.
USING THE POWER BANK
Charge the Power Bank before initial use and if the device has not been used for a long period. To charge:
- Insert the provided Charging Cable into the connection socket of the Power Bank.
- Connect the other end of the Charging Cable to a USB charger via the USB port (USB charger not included) with at least a 1-Amp output. The Battery Level LED on the Power Bank will flash white while charging. The charging/decharging levels are as follows:
- 1 x flash: 0 % – 25 %
- 2 x flash: 26 % – 50 %
- 3 x flash: 51 % – 75 %
- 4 x flash: 76 % – 99 %
- Steady on: 100 %
- The Power Bank is fully charged when the Battery Level LED stops flashing and displays steadily (about 2.5 hours for a completely discharged Power Bank under a 2-Amp output ).
- Disconnect the Charging Cable; the LED will shut off. Charge the Power Bank at least once per year to maintain its capacity.
WARNING
- While charging, do not cover the Power Bank. Only charge the Power Bank in a dry environment at normal room temperature.

The Power Bank can also be used to charge other rechargeable devices, such as smartphones. To charge your device using the power bank, simply connect your device’s USB cable to the Power Bank and to the USB port on your device.
