Attenti à a trappula di refrigerante liquidu in u sistema chì pò esse risultatu in pressioni interna assai elevate mentre hè riscaldatu. S'assurer qu'il soit pompable correctement avant de retirer le couvercle du DCR. Drainer également le réfrigérant résiduel avant de retirer les boulons du couvercle.

A megliu pratica di i clienti serà sempre necessaria:
- Eliminate l'assemblea di copertura prima di brasarà / saldatura.
- Ùn sguassate micca l'arburettu core da a tappa.
- Brasatura / Saldatura di i giunti da esse fatta da un saldatore certificatu.
- Lasciali rinfriscà.
- Clean the brazing /welding area after the instal-lation (remove remaining flux with a brush).
- Questa hè una operazione impurtante è deve esse fatta cun grande cura per sguassà tuttu u flussu restante.
- A superficia esterna hà un revestimentu TLP (Zink) per prutege a corrosione, ma ricumandemu di pittura u DCR dopu a stallazione per a massima prutezzione di corrosione.
- Dopu a brasatura / saldatura, aduprate un revestimentu adattatu nantu à a superficia di u connettore per evità ogni ruggine in u campu.

Ùn installate micca l'insertu DCR prima di brasatura / saldatura
Nota: Verificate chì a guarnizione di u coperchiu superiore hè sceltu per DCR
Ùn reutilizate a guarnizione
Ùn aduprate micca oliu / grassu nantu à a guarnizione

No, do not reuse the gasket. Ensure to select the correct top cover gasket for DCR and do not use Oil/Grease on the gasket.
What should I do with the rubber bush during assembly?
Remove the rubber bush while making assembly.
What type of connector and brazing material should be used?
Use Steel material with Silver-flo 55 + Easy-flow flux for brazing.
