Sports Suggestions and Guidelines
Warm-up and Soothing Exercise
A complete exercise program includes warm-up, aerobic exercise, and cool-down. Warm-up exercises are crucial before every workout to prepare the body, stretch muscles, and adapt to higher intensity. Cool-down exercises help relieve muscle soreness.
Head Movement
Stretch your head towards your right shoulder, keeping the left side of your neck straight. Rotate your head clockwise and backward once. Repeat by stretching to the left shoulder and turning counterclockwise. Repeat this sequence.
Shoulder Lifting Exercise
Lift your left shoulder and roll it backward 5 times. Repeat with the right shoulder. Then, alternate lifting and rolling the shoulders backward.
Stretching Exercise
Overhead Stretch: Raise your hands straight overhead. Grab your right wrist with your left hand and stretch upward until you feel a stretch in your right arm's tendons. Hold for 15 seconds. Repeat with the other arm.
Quadriceps Stretch: Stand near a wall for balance. Lift your left foot backward, bringing your heel as close to your hip as possible. Hold for 15 seconds. Repeat with the other leg.
Inner Thigh Stretch: Sit on the floor with the soles of your feet together. Hold your feet with both hands and pull them towards your body, keeping your heels close. Slowly press your knees down. Hold for 15 seconds.
Hamstring Stretch: Sit with your right leg straight and your left leg bent. Hold your left ankle and pull your left foot towards your body, aligning the sole of your foot with the inner thigh of your right leg. Lean forward, pressing down towards your toes. Hold for 15 seconds. Repeat with the other leg.
Calf Stretch
Lean against a wall with your hands, forming a 45-degree angle with the ground. Stretch one leg back, then the other, mimicking a walking motion.
Daily Maintenance
Follow these suggestions for the maintenance and care of your spinning bike:
- Regular Checks: Before each use, verify that all screws and nuts are securely tightened. Regularly inspect the equipment for any damaged parts and replace them immediately. Do not use the bike until worn parts are repaired or replaced.
- Wearable Parts: Pay close attention to parts subject to wear, such as the brake friction pads. Check them before each use for any signs of detachment or failure and replace if necessary.
- Crank and Pedal Check: Before each use, ensure the crank and pedals are not loose. If they are, repeat the assembly steps to secure them.
- Cleaning: After each exercise session, use a damp cloth with water and mild soap to wipe away sweat and moisture. Avoid using petroleum-based solvents, as they can damage the product's surface.
