Zeppelin support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
- How do I wind my Zeppelin automatic watch?
If the watch has stopped, wind it by turning the crown approximately 15 times clockwise in the neutral position. The remaining winding occurs through normal arm movement while wearing it.
- Is my Zeppelin watch water-resistant?
Water resistance varies by model. However, you should generally avoid swimming in seawater as salt can damage gaskets and insulation. If exposed to saltwater, rinse the watch immediately with fresh water.
- How do I set the date on my Zeppelin watch?
Pull the crown out to the first position (usually). Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise until the correct date is displayed. Push the crown back to the neutral position. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM to prevent damage to the mechanism.
- How do I use the GMT function?
On GMT models, pull the crown to the first position and turn it to set the GMT hour hand to your local time or a second time zone. The standard hour hand indicates local time, while the 24-hour hand indicates home time.
