To pair the remote, hold down the start button on the remote control within 10cm of the display before powering on the treadmill. Upon powering on, the buzzer should ring five times to indicate successful pairing.
Lift the running belt and check if the running board is dry. If it is dry, insert the silicone oil bottle spout under the belt and apply oil. Run the treadmill at low speed for a few minutes to distribute the oil evenly.
