    For iOS devices (iOS 13 and above), you must enable 'location permission' for the VicoHome app in your system settings to allow it to detect nearby Wi-Fi networks.

  • Does the camera support 5GHz Wi-Fi?

    No, VICOHOME cameras typically support only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. Please ensure your smartphone and device are connected to a 2.4GHz network during the initial setup.

  • How do I share my camera with family members?

    Open the VicoHome app, go to Settings > Share > Device Sharing to generate a QR code. The invited user must download the app and scan this QR code to gain access.

  • What do the indicator lights on the camera mean?

    Generally, a solid blue light indicates the camera is in working mode. A solid yellow light indicates the camera is charging, and a solid green light means charging is complete.

  • What should I do if the camera malfunctions?

    Try long-pressing the power button for 3 seconds to restart the device. If there is no response, you may need to use a pointed object to press the reset/reboot hole (if available on your specific model).
