Water pooling on the cover is normal because the cross bows are designed to sit flat and are not strongly arched. Once you drive your truck, the water will shed naturally. Make sure to retighten the hook and loop fasteners along the length of the bed to maintain proper tension.
Clean the cover with mild automotive soap and water only. Do not use vinyl conditioners that contain silicone or petroleum (like Armor All), as they will cause the vinyl to shrink and void the warranty.
Make sure the hook and loop fasteners are securely fastened by pressing down firmly along both side rails. If fluttering persists, check and adjust the automatic tension control plungers located near the cab.
