Setup and Installation

Proper setup is crucial for the safe and effective use of your Elevate Rack System. Please follow these steps carefully to ensure correct installation and compatibility with your truck.

The Elevate Rack System offers customizable expanded storage for your truck. The Rack will only mount into T-Slot (TS) Rails. If your truck does not already have TS Rails, you will want to purchase both an Elevate Rack and a set of Elevate TS Rails for the rack to mount. Follow the steps in the next images to determine which Elevate Rack and TS Rails you'll need to build your system. Add each of them to your cart as you go to ensure your system is complete!

Step 1: Determine Rack Fit

Step 2: Determine TS Rails Need

What's the tonneau cover situation on your truck? This section helps determine if TS Rails are required based on your existing tonneau cover type. Retrax XR and Roll-N-Lock XT series tonneau covers have built-in T-Slot Rails, so additional rails are not needed.

• I don't have a tonneau cover: You'll need TS Rails.
• I have an inside-mount cover: You'll need TS Rails.
• I have a top-mount cover: Sorry, the Elevate Rack System is not compatible with top-mount covers.

Step 3: Choose Your Rails

Determine the appropriate TS Rail length based on your truck bed size.

• 5'-5'4": Compact Trucks TS Rails
• 5'5"-6'3": Full Size X-Short Bed TS Rails
• 6'4"-7': Full Size Short Bed TS Rails
• 7'10"+: Full Size Long Bed TS Rails
• Jeep Gladiator or Ford Maverick: Gladiator/Maverick TS Rails

How to Measure Your Truck Bed

To measure your truck bed length, please use inside measurements only. To measure the inside length of your truck bed, you will need to close your tailgate, and measure the distance the floor of your truck bed from the cab (front bulkhead) to the face of the closed tailgate.

Once compatibility is confirmed and all necessary components are acquired, installation is straightforward. Simply slide the Rack into the T-Slot Channel of your truck bed cover or Elevate TS Rails. The system is designed for quick and easy setup, getting you ready for your next adventure in minutes.

Operating Instructions
