Do not use test strips that appear damaged or came from a vial that was not closed tightly. Contact Trividia Health Customer Care at 1-800-803-6025 for assistance and replacement information.

Is the TRUE METRIX GO meter suitable for forearm testing?
No. While the TRUE METRIX and TRUE METRIX AIR meters are indicated for forearm testing, the TRUE METRIX GO meter is not indicated for alternative site testing and should be used on the fingertip.
