ReSound support FAQ

Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.

  • How do I pair my TV-Streamer+ with my ReSound hearing aids?

To pair, ensure both devices are on and within 2 inches of each other. Press the pairing button on the back of the streamer until the LED flashes green. The hearing aids will pair one at a time, confirmed by a brief pause in the LED flashing.

  • How can I check the battery status of my rechargeable hearing aids?

You can check the battery status by placing the hearing aids in the charger (LEDs will indicate charge level) or by viewing the battery percentage within the ReSound Smart 3D app.

  • What does the LED light on my Premium Charger indicate?

When hearing aids are inserted, the five lights on the front of the charger display the charge level of the hearing aid with the lowest power (e.g., 5 lights indicate 80-100% charged). The lights on the back indicate the charger's own internal battery status.

  • Where can I find compatibility info for ReSound accessories?

For a complete list of compatible smartphones and accessories for your specific hearing aid model, visit the compatibility page on resound.com.
