  • How do I activate my PAJ GPS Tracker?

    To activate your PAJ GPS tracker, visit the activation portal at start.finder-portal.com and follow the on-screen instructions using the unique device ID printed on the back of your tracker.

  • How do I know when my PAJ GPS device is fully charged?

    When charging, a solid red LED light will be displayed. The unit is fully charged when the red LED turns off. In rare cases during the first charge, it may not turn off after 10 hours; if this happens, disconnect and verify battery life inside the FINDER Portal.

  • Where can I access the PAJ FINDER Portal?

    You can access the tracking platform via a web browser at v2.finder-portal.com or by downloading the 'PAJ Portal v2' application from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

  • What should I do if my PAJ tracker is showing as offline?

    Ensure the tracker is fully charged and powered on. If setting up for the first time, take the device outside to an open area to help it find a satellite signal and calibrate faster. Also, check that your phone has an active internet connection.

  • What does the standby mode do on PAJ trackers?

    Standby mode is a power-saving feature that engages when the device has been completely still for a few minutes. It stops live location updates until motion is detected again, but will send long-interval updates approximately every 24 hours while resting.
