• Does my Lawyettle fixture feature a dusk-to-dawn sensor?

Many Lawyettle exterior light fixtures boast an intelligent dusk-to-dawn sensor that seamlessly transitions from off to on as nightfall approaches (below 20 LUX). It automatically turns off in the morning when brightness exceeds 90 LUX.

• What could be the reason if my Lawyettle lamp does not turn on during installation?

If the lamp remains off during daylight installation, it is likely due to the dusk-to-dawn sensor's natural deactivation. To verify functionality, cover the sensor with your hand or a cloth after turning on the power; the lamp should illuminate.

• Can I disable the dusk-to-dawn functionality?

Yes, many fixtures are designed with a convenient rubber cap. You can easily slide the cap over the sensor if you prefer manual switch control over the lamp's operation.

• What is the recommended height to install outdoor wall lights?

Outdoor wall lights should typically be placed 66 inches from the floor or ground to properly illuminate the lock and handle. Ensure no objects, such as eaves, cover the dusk-to-dawn sensor so it functions correctly.

• Who do I contact if my glass lampshade is cracked upon arrival?

If you receive a broken or cracked lampshade, contact customer support immediately via email at support@4modernhome.com or by calling 469-312-6428 for assistance.

• Are Lawyettle wall lights waterproof?

Yes, Lawyettle exterior wall lanterns are built with rust-proof metal frames and weather-resistant materials designed to withstand typical outdoor elements.
