Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
Most Kemei models feature an indicator light. A red light typically indicates charging is in progress, while a green light (or the light turning off) indicates a full charge. Some advanced models include an LED screen displaying the exact battery percentage.
Many Kemei shavers are rated IPX7 or specified as waterproof/washable. However, you should check your specific model's manual. If the head is detachable, it is often safe to rinse the head, but the main body should only be submerged if explicitly rated as waterproof.
For optimal performance, apply a few drops of the included blade oil to the cutter teeth before or after every few uses. This reduces friction, prevents rusting, and extends the life of the motor.
Pulling usually occurs if the blades are dull, dirty, or dry. Clean the blades with the provided brush, apply oil, and ensure the battery is fully charged. If the issue persists, the blade may need replacement.
