INVERY support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
How do I pair my INVERY adapter?
Plug the device into your car's media interface (AMI/MDI) or 30-pin docking station. Search for the Bluetooth ID (e.g., INVERY) on your phone and pair. A solid blue light typically indicates a successful connection.
-
Why is my playlist not displaying on the car screen?
Playlist display is generally supported only in iPod mode for iPhone users with Apple Music. Ensure you have at least one song saved locally to your Apple Music library. Android phones and other apps (Spotify, Pandora) typically work in General mode without playlist display.
-
The adapter is connected but there is no sound. What should I do?
If using a car adapter, verify the correct media source (AMI/AUX) is selected on the head unit. If using a DockLinQ on a speaker, ensure the 30-pin connector is fully seated and the dock is powered on.
-
How do I switch between iPod mode and General mode?
Most Airdual units have a switch. Slide it to the desired position (Right for iPod, Left for General). You must unplug and replug the adapter for the mode change to take effect.
