During initial setup, simply activate the device near your preferred phone (iOS or Android). Once a network is selected, the other is automatically disabled. To switch networks, you must perform a factory reset.
Wait until the device is on, quickly press the button twice. A confirmation beep will sound. Immediately press and hold the button for 5 seconds until it beeps 5 times. Continue holding until it emits a double beep, then release. It will beep four times to confirm a successful reset.
The Carbon Finder supports wireless charging. Place the charging area (found on the back) on a compatible wireless charger. A red light indicates it is charging, and a green light means it is fully charged.
The Tagigo tracker uses a user-replaceable CR2032 coin battery that lasts up to 24 months for Android devices and up to 18 months for iOS devices. It is not rechargeable.
