Operating Instructions
Locating Your Item
Once paired, you can locate your Tagigo Tracker using your Android device's Find Hub functionality:
- Near You: If your item is within Bluetooth range, open the "Find My Device" app or Find Hub settings on your Android device. Select your Tagigo Tracker and choose the option to "Play Sound." The tracker will emit a loud alert sound to help you pinpoint its exact location.
- Far Away: If your item is out of Bluetooth range, the Find Hub network will display its last known location on a map. The network uses other Android devices to anonymously detect your tracker's location, providing updates even when you are not nearby.

Battery Replacement
The Tagigo Tracker uses a standard CR2032 coin cell battery. When the battery level is low, your Android device's Find Hub may notify you. To replace the battery:
- Open the battery compartment as described in the Setup section.
- Remove the old CR2032 battery.
- Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
- Securely close the battery compartment.
Cleaning
Due to its IP68 waterproof rating, the Tagigo Tracker can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the device.
Troubleshooting
- Tracker not found by Android device:
- Ensure your Android device's Bluetooth is turned on.
- Make sure the Tagigo Tracker has a fresh battery and is powered on.
- Bring the tracker closer to your Android device during the pairing process.
- Restart your Android device and try pairing again.
- Alert sound is not loud enough or not playing:
- Check the battery level of the Tagigo Tracker. A low battery can affect sound output.
- Ensure the tracker is within Bluetooth range of your Android device when attempting to play the sound.
- Verify that the sound option is correctly selected in your Find Hub settings.
- Location updates are inaccurate or infrequent:
- The accuracy of location updates depends on the density of the Find Hub network. In areas with fewer Android devices, updates may be less frequent.
