Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
To reset the remote, turn off the power to the fan using your wall switch or circuit breaker. Remove the batteries from the remote, wait 10 seconds, then replace the batteries and turn the power back on.
Make sure all motor housing screws and blade attachment screws are tightened securely. Please allow a 24-hour break-in period; most noises associated with a new ceiling fan will disappear during this time.
First, ensure all blades and bracket screws are completely secure. Run the fan for 10 minutes to let it self-adjust. If it continues to wobble, you can use a blade balancing kit or measure the clearance from the ceiling to each blade tip to find the uneven blade.
Based on their product documentation, you can contact their customer support team by sending an email to Support@parrotuncle.com for remote or fan troubleshooting.
