About Evapolar manuals on Manuals.plus

Evapolar is a family of personal evaporative air coolers designed to provide localized, portable cooling solutions. Known for popular models like the evaCHILL, evaLIGHTplus, and evaSMART, Evapolar devices operate on a 3-in-1 principle: they cool, humidify, and purify the air in your immediate personal space. The coolers utilize patented EvaBreeze evaporative technology, which leverages a safe, inorganic nano-material for evaporation rather than traditional cooling refrigerants.

Evapolar air coolers are celebrated for their ultra-portable, energy-efficient designs, often running on a simple USB power supply from laptops, power banks, or wall adapters. These compact devices are perfect for desks, nightstands, and even camping, delivering a refreshing breeze while consuming a minimal 7.5W to 10W of power.

Evapolar support FAQ

Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.

  • How long does an Evapolar cartridge last and when should I replace it?

Depending on usage and storage conditions, an Evapolar cartridge typically lasts between 3 to 6 months. Poor water quality can reduce the lifespan of the cartridge.

  • How do I clean my Evapolar air cooler?

Before cleaning, ensure the device is completely dry and disconnected from the power source. Wipe the front grill and internal area with a soft cloth. Do not wipe the inside of the cartridge, and never use gasoline or organic solvents.

  • What type of power supply does my Evapolar cooler need?

Most Evapolar models, such as the evaCHILL and evaLIGHTplus, require a 2A 5V power source. The evaSMART requires a minimum of 2.5A 5V. You can use a laptop, PC, power bank, or standard USB wall adapter that meets these specifications.

  • Why is my Evapolar cooler not blowing cold air?

If the cartridge is wet but the air isn't cold, check if the room's humidity level is over 70% and ventilate the space. If the issue persists, the cartridge may have expired and might need to be replaced. Conversely, if the cartridge is dry despite a full water tank, contact the Evapolar support team.
