DINUY support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
How do I configure DINUY motion detectors?
Many DINUY motion detectors can be configured using the physical potentiometers on the unit to adjust Time and Lux (brightness) levels. For Bluetooth-enabled models, such as the DM TEC series, settings can be managed via the DINUY Configure App available on iOS and Android.
-
What does the red LED on the detector indicate?
On most DINUY sensors, a red LED indicates that movement has been detected. This feature is particularly useful during the 'Working Test' phase to verify the coverage area without connecting a load.
-
How do I reset a DINUY KNX power supply?
To reset the KNX bus voltage on a DINUY power supply (e.g., EB0UDI06), press the reset push button on the device for more than 0.5 seconds. The red LED may light up during the reset process before returning to normal operation.
-
Can I adjust the detection area of my sensor?
Yes, many ceiling-mounted detectors come with masking clips or covers that can be fitted to the lens to restrict the detection angle and prevent unwanted triggering from specific directions.
