Avalon support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
How do I reset the filter indicator light on my Avalon cooler?
For most models, press and hold the filter reset button (located behind the lower filter or on the back of the unit) for approximately 5 seconds until the red light turns off or the system beeps.
-
Why is no water dispensing from my Avalon cooler?
Ensure the water bottle is not empty and that the bottle supporter (the area where the bottle sits) is not blocked by a seal or debris. If the tanks were recently emptied, allow 5-10 minutes for them to refill.
-
How often should I clean my Avalon water cooler?
It is recommended to clean and sanitize the unit manually about every six months to prevent mineral buildup and maintain hygiene.
-
My Avalon cooler is not heating or cooling. What should I do?
Check that the unit is plugged in and that the heating and cooling switches on the back of the machine are switched to the ON (I) position. Allow 15-20 minutes for hot water and approx. 1 hour for cold water to reach the correct temperature.
