To connect your EO Mini Pro 3 to Wi-Fi, power cycle the charger, find the Wi-Fi hotspot matching your charger's serial number, and connect using the password on your EO Customer Card. Then, go to http://10.10.10.1 in a web browser, log in, navigate to the Network page, and enter your home Wi-Fi details.

How do I reset my EO EV charger?
Locate the RCD/MCB connected to your charger in your fuse box, switch it off, wait 10 seconds, and then switch it back on. The charger will take up to a few minutes to boot up and reconnect to the network.

Where can I find the serial number and login details for my EO charger?
Your serial number, hotspot password, and login details are printed on the EO Customer Card provided during installation. It can also be found on the Installer Access Label located inside the charger housing.
