1. Product Overview

The Geevon Wireless Indoor Outdoor Thermometer with 3 Remote Sensors provides accurate real-time temperature and humidity readings for up to four locations. Its large LCD display shows current conditions, 24-hour Max/Min records, and trend arrows. The integrated Comfort Indicator helps you maintain optimal living conditions. This system includes one main display unit and three wireless remote sensors, offering a transmission range of up to 200 feet (60 meters).

2. Setup Instructions

2.1 Battery Installation

The main display unit requires 2 AA batteries, and each remote sensor requires 2 AAA batteries (not included). Ensure correct polarity when inserting batteries.

1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the main display unit.
2. Insert 2 AA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-).
3. Replace the battery compartment cover.
4. For each remote sensor, open the battery compartment cover.
5. Insert 2 AAA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-).
6. Replace the battery compartment cover.

2.2 Sensor Channel Selection

Before placing the remote sensors, assign a unique channel (1, 2, or 3) to each sensor using the switch inside its battery compartment. This allows the main unit to distinguish between the different sensor readings.

2.3 Pairing Sensors with Main Unit

Once batteries are installed and channels are set, the main unit will automatically search for and connect to the remote sensors. This process may take a few minutes. Ensure all sensors are within range during initial setup.

2.4 Placement Guidelines

• Main Unit: Place the main unit indoors on a flat surface using its integrated stand or mount it on a wall using the hang hole. Avoid placing it near heat sources or direct sunlight.
• Remote Sensors: Position remote sensors in desired outdoor or indoor locations. For outdoor use, place sensors in a shaded, dry area, protected from direct sunlight and rain, to ensure accurate readings and prolong battery life. The maximum transmission range is 200 feet (60 meters) in open air.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Display Overview

The large LCD screen displays indoor temperature and humidity, along with readings from the three remote sensors (Channel 1, 2, 3). Each reading includes current temperature, humidity, and trend arrows.

3.2 Temperature Unit Selection (°C/°F)

Press the "MEM/▼" button to switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) temperature units.

3.3 Max/Min Records

The device automatically records the maximum and minimum temperature and humidity values over the past 24 hours. Press the "MEM/▼" button repeatedly to cycle through current, maximum (MAX), and minimum (MIN) readings for each channel. These records update every 24 hours.

3.4 Comfort Indicator

The display features a comfort indicator icon to quickly assess indoor conditions:

• COM (Comfortable): 40% ≤ Humidity ≤ 70% & 20°C ≤ Temperature ≤ 28°C (68°F ≤ Temperature ≤ 82.4°F)
• DRY: Humidity < 40%
• WET: Humidity > 70%

3.5 Temperature and Humidity Alerts

You can set audible high and low alert values for temperature and humidity. When the readings exceed or fall below your preset values, an alarm will sound.

1. Press the "ALERT" button to enter alert setting mode.
2. Use the "CH/▲" and "MEM/▼" buttons to adjust the desired high/low temperature and humidity thresholds for each channel.
3. Press "ALERT" again to confirm settings and move to the next parameter.
4. Exit alert setting mode by pressing the "ALERT" button until the normal display returns.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Battery Replacement

When the battery indicator appears on the display, replace the batteries in the corresponding unit (main unit or sensor). Refer to Section 2.1 for battery installation instructions.

4.2 Cleaning

Wipe the units with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the display or casing.

4.3 Environmental Considerations

While remote sensors are designed for outdoor use, prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, direct intense sunlight, extreme cold/heat) can affect performance and lifespan. For best results, place sensors in a protected location.
