Operating Instructions
Live View and Control
Once connected, open the Wansview Cloud app to access the live video feed. You can use the on-screen controls to pan (rotate horizontally) and tilt (rotate vertically) the camera to view different areas of your room. Digital zoom is also available to magnify specific details.
Two-Way Communication
In the live view interface, locate the microphone icon to enable two-way audio. Press and hold the icon to speak through the camera's speaker, and release to listen. Ensure your phone's volume is adjusted appropriately.

Configure motion detection settings within the app. You can enable AI human detection to receive alerts only when a person is detected. Adjust sensitivity levels and set specific detection zones to minimize unwanted notifications. Alert videos (10 seconds) are recorded when motion is detected.
Recording and Playback
The camera supports continuous recording to a TF card (if installed) or event-based recording to the cloud (with subscription). To view recorded footage, access the playback feature in the app and select the desired date and time. You can download important clips to your phone.
Privacy Settings
Activate the one-tap privacy mode from the app's live view screen. This will temporarily disable the camera's video and audio recording functions, providing privacy when needed.
Sharing Access
To share camera access with family members, use the device sharing feature in the app. You can invite other users to view the live feed and receive alerts, allowing multiple individuals to monitor the premises.
Maintenance
Cleaning
To maintain optimal performance, periodically clean the camera lens and body. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust and smudges. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the camera's surface or lens.
Firmware Updates
Ensure your camera's firmware is up to date. The Wansview Cloud app will typically notify you of available updates. Follow the in-app instructions to perform firmware updates, which can improve performance, add new features, and enhance security.
Storage Management
If using a TF card for local storage, regularly check its status in the app. If the card is full and overwrite function is not enabled, new recordings will not be saved. Consider backing up important footage before the card is overwritten. For cloud storage, monitor your subscription status and available space.
