Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the clock from its packaging. Retain all packaging materials for future transport or storage. Inspect the clock for any signs of damage.
  2. Battery Installation: Locate the battery compartment on the back of the clock. Insert the required batteries (not included) according to the polarity indicators (+/-). Ensure the batteries are fresh and of the correct type.
  3. Mounting: Choose a suitable location on a sturdy wall, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and strong vibrations. Use appropriate wall anchors and screws to securely mount the clock.
  4. Initial Time Setting: The clock features a modern radio-controlled pendulum mechanism. Once batteries are installed, the clock will automatically search for the radio signal to set the correct time. This process may take several minutes. Ensure the clock is placed in an area with good radio reception. Avoid placing it near large metal objects or electronic devices that may interfere with the signal.
  5. Pendulum Installation: Carefully attach the polished Lyra pendulum rod to its designated hook or slot. Ensure it hangs freely and can swing without obstruction.
