Selecting Operating Mode
- Automatic Mode: Recommended for high-volume sealing. The machine automatically detects the cup and initiates the sealing process.
- Manual Mode: Suitable for lower volume or specific sealing requirements. The user manually controls the sealing cycle.
Sealing Process
- Place a cup (up to 20cm height, 90/95mm caliber) filled with beverage into the cup holder. Ensure the cup is compatible with PP, PE, or PC materials.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Machine does not power on. | No power supply; power cord loose; main switch off. | Check power outlet; ensure power cord is securely plugged in; turn on main switch. |
| Poor sealing quality (leaks, incomplete seal). | Incorrect temperature setting; wrong film type for cup material; film misalignment; worn sealing plate. | Adjust temperature (145°C-165°C); ensure correct film for PP/PE/PC cups; re-align film; contact support for sealing plate inspection. |
| Film does not advance or jams. | Film improperly loaded; film path obstructed; inductive electric eye dirty. | Re-load film correctly; clear any obstructions; clean the inductive electric eye. |
| Cup not detected in automatic mode. | Inductive electric eye obstructed or dirty; cup not placed correctly. | Clean the inductive electric eye; ensure cup is centered in the holder. |
