Setup
Unpacking and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove the television and all accessories from the packaging. Ensure all components listed below are present and undamaged. If any items are missing or damaged, contact your retailer immediately.

Connecting Peripherals

Remote Control Setup
Insert two AAA batteries into the remote control. If the remote does not pair automatically, press and hold the Home button on the remote for a few seconds to initiate pairing. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV.

Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
Press the power button on the remote control or on the TV itself to turn the television on or off. A brief press will put the TV into standby mode, while a longer press may initiate a full shutdown.
Fire TV Interface
Your Hisense TV features the Fire TV operating system, providing access to a wide range of streaming services, apps, and smart features. Navigate the interface using the remote control's directional pad and selection button.

Voice Control with Alexa
Press the Alexa button on your remote to use voice commands for searching content, controlling playback, launching apps, and managing smart home devices. Say "Alexa, what should I watch next?" or "Alexa, show me the front door camera."

Maintenance
Cleaning the Screen
To clean the screen, gently wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a specialized screen cleaner. Never spray liquid directly onto the screen. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or alcohol-based solutions, as these can damage the screen surface.
Cleaning the TV Body
Wipe the TV body and stand with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any liquid cleaners on the body of the TV.
General Care
- Avoid placing the TV in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the TV to prevent overheating.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet during lightning storms or when the TV is left unattended for long periods.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your TV, refer to the following common problems and solutions before contacting customer support.
No Power / Black Screen
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the TV and a working power outlet.
- If the TV goes to a black screen after rebooting, try unplugging the TV from the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and power it on.

Remote Control Issues
