4. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your OLIXIS Criss Cross Office Chair. An assembly video is provided below for visual guidance.
- Assemble the Chair Base:
- Insert the 5 legs (F) into the central base star (E). Secure them using the M6*25mm screws (M) and the Allen wrench (N).
- Attach either the 5 wheels (G) or the 5 fixed feet (H) to the ends of the legs. Push firmly until they click into place.
- Insert the gas lift cylinder (D) into the center of the assembled base.
- Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat Cushion:
- Place the seat cushion (A) upside down on a soft, clean surface.
- Align the mechanism plate (C) with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the height adjustment lever is on the right side when facing the front of the seat.
- Secure the mechanism plate (C) to the seat cushion (A) using the M6*18mm screws (J) and the Allen wrench (N). Tighten all screws evenly.
- Attach Backrest to Seat Cushion:
- Unzip the fabric on the backrest (B) to expose the screw holes.
- Attach the backrest support bracket (I) to the backrest (B) using the M6*20mm screws (K) and the Allen wrench (N).
- Align the backrest support bracket (I) with the corresponding holes on the mechanism plate (C).
- Secure the backrest (B) to the mechanism plate (C) using the M6*30mm screws (L) and the Allen wrench (N). Tighten all screws evenly.
- Zip up the fabric on the backrest.
- Final Assembly:
- Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder (D) on the chair base. Press down firmly to ensure a secure connection.
