Follow these steps for proper installation of your car mount charger:

1. Prepare the Surface: Ensure the mounting area on your dashboard is clean, smooth, and flat. Avoid rough, curved, genuine leather, or perforated leather surfaces. The recommended flat surface diameter is 68mm (approximately the size of a tennis ball).
2. Attach the Mount: Place the suction cup base onto the prepared surface. Press down firmly and then engage the lever to create a vacuum seal.
3. Connect Power: Connect the provided USB-C cable to the car mount charger and then to the included 54W car charger. Insert the 54W car charger into your vehicle's 12V power outlet. A PD 36W or higher power source is required for optimal charging performance. Avoid using built-in car USB ports as they may not provide sufficient power.

Operation

Operating your LISEN car mount charger is designed for convenience:

• Attaching Your Phone: Simply place your MagSafe-compatible iPhone onto the magnetic charging pad. The strong N52 magnets will securely hold your device in place.
• Adjusting Viewing Angle: The tri-axis metal arm allows for 360° swivel, 210° tilt, and 180° fold adjustments. This enables comfortable portrait or landscape viewing angles.
• Charging: Once your phone is attached and the mount is powered, wireless charging will begin automatically.

Compatibility

This charger is designed exclusively for iPhone models with wireless charging capabilities:

• iPhone 17/16 series (with iOS 26): Up to 25W fast wireless charging.
• iPhone 15/14/13/12 series: Up to 15W wireless charging.
• iPhone 16e: Up to 7.5W wireless charging.

Case Use: Use with a MagSafe-compatible case or no case. Cases with metal plates or thicker than 2mm may affect charging performance or magnetic hold. Not compatible with all Android devices.

Troubleshooting

• Suction cup falls off:
  1. Clean the mounting area thoroughly, ensuring no oil or water stains.
  2. Ensure the surface is flat; avoid strong curves or textured materials.
  3. After repositioning, rinse the suction pad with clean water (avoiding the phone contact area) and let it air dry for 24 hours before use.
• Charging disconnects / Unstable charging:
  1. Metal in the phone case may trigger Foreign Object Detection (FOD). Remove the case and retry.
  2. Ensure you are using a PD 36W+ power adapter.
• Slow charging:
  1. Use a 36W+ PD port. The included 54W car charger is recommended.
  2. Thick or metal cases (>2mm) may block fast charging. Try removing the case.
  3. Charging speed may drop to 7.5W when the battery is 70-80%+ charged, which is normal.
  4. If the device is warm, allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
• Gets warm/hot:
  1. A surface temperature below 45°C is normal. If it exceeds 45°C, the product may reduce power until it cools.
  2. Avoid mounting directly on a hot air vent, especially when using car heating.
• Weak magnet or Phone falls:
  1. If using a magnetic ring/plate, check its installation direction. Test without a case.
  2. Many non-iPhone models lack built-in magnetic alignment; use a compatible magnetic/MagSafe case for stability.
• Not charging / No power:
  1. Ensure you are using a PD36W+ power source (not 5V/laptop USB). The included 54W car charger is required.
  2. Remove any metal cases or objects (FOD) and test without the case.
