Setup
Unpacking and Placement
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the packing list are present. Place the RockDock charging station in an open area with sufficient clearance for the robot to maneuver.
- Ensure at least 75cm (29.5 inches) clearance above the dock for tank removal.
- Ensure at least 40cm (15.7 inches) clearance on both sides of the dock.
- Ensure at least 120cm (47.2 inches) clearance in front of the dock.

Connecting the RockDock
- Connect the power cord to the back of the RockDock.
- Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
- Install the dock base by sliding it into the designated slot at the bottom front of the RockDock.

Initial Charging and App Connection
Place the robot vacuum onto the RockDock to charge. For first-time use, download the Roborock app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your device to your home Wi-Fi network (supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks).

- For optimal mapping, run the robot in "Vacuum Only" mode twice before enabling mopping functions.

Cleaning Modes

RockDock Maintenance
- Empty Dirty Water Tank: When the dirty water tank is full, remove it, empty the contents, rinse thoroughly, and securely close before reinstalling.
- Refill Clean Water Tank: Remove the clean water tank, fill with clean water, and securely close before reinstalling.
- Replace Dust Bag: When the dust bag is full, open the front panel, remove the old dust bag (the carrying handle will seal it), wipe the filter, and insert a new disposable dust bag securely.
- Clean Cleaning Tray: Remove the cleaning tray from the dock, rinse it clean, and wipe it dry before reinstalling.
- Clean Charging Contacts and Dock Location Beacon: Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe these components.

Robot Vacuum Maintenance
- Clean Dustbin and Filter: Remove the top cover, take out the dustbin, open the filter cover, remove the washable filter, and rinse both the dustbin and filter with water. Air-dry for at least 24 hours before reinstalling. (Do not use a brush or your fingers on the filter).
- Clean Mop Pads: Remove the mop pads from the robot. Clean them with water and air-dry.
- Clean Side Brushes: Remove the side brushes (using a screwdriver if necessary), clean any tangled hair or debris, and reinstall.
- Clean Omni-directional Wheel: Remove the omni-directional wheel, clean any tangled hair or debris, rinse with water, air-dry, and reinstall.
- Clean Main Brushes: Remove the main brush cover, remove the main brushes, clean any tangled hair or debris, wipe the main wheels, and reinstall the brushes and cover ensuring correct fitting.
