1. Important Safety Information

• Weight Capacity: The top bunk is designed for a maximum weight of 250 lbs. The lower bunk has a weight capacity of 400 lbs. The ladder supports up to 250 lbs.
• Age Restriction: The top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
• Mattress Requirements: Use only a Full size mattress (54" W x 75" L) with a thickness between 4-6 inches for both upper and lower bunks. Ensure the mattress surface is at least 5 inches below the upper edge of the guardrails.
• Guardrails: Always use the guardrails on both sides of the upper bunk.
• Fall Hazard: Do not allow children to play on or under the bunk bed. Prohibit jumping on the bed.
