1. Introduction

3.1 Components

• Ice Maker Head: Contains the compressor, evaporator, and control panel.

4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Unpacking

4.2 Placement

Place the ice maker on a flat, stable surface capable of supporting its weight when full of ice and water. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Maintain at least 6 inches (15 cm) of clearance on all sides. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources. Use the adjustable feet to level the machine.

4.3 Water Connection

Connect the ice maker to a potable water supply using the provided water inlet hose. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks. Connect the drain pipe to the water outlet at the bottom of the storage bin and route it to a suitable drain.

4.4 Electrical Connection

Connect the power cord to a dedicated, grounded electrical outlet. Refer to the specifications section for voltage requirements. Do not use extension cords.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Control Panel Overview

The ice maker is equipped with an intuitive LCD touchscreen for easy operation.

5.2 Initial Startup

1. Ensure the water supply is connected and turned on.
2. Plug in the power cord.
3. Press the "ON/OFF" button on the LCD panel to start the ice production cycle.

5.3 Ice Production

The machine will automatically begin producing ice. The first batch of ice may take slightly longer. Ice is typically ready in 10-15 minutes, with 192 cubes per cycle. The ice thickness can be adjusted to suit different needs.

5.4 Adjusting Ice Thickness

Use the "+" and "-" buttons on the LCD touchscreen to adjust the ice thickness. Thicker ice takes slightly longer to produce.

5.5 Scheduled Ice Production

The machine features a 1-24 hour timing function. Use the "TIMER" button on the LCD panel to set a desired time for ice production to start or stop.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

6.1 Automatic Cleaning Function

The ice maker is equipped with a self-cleaning function. To activate, press and hold the "TIMER" button for 5 seconds. The machine will perform a 20-minute automatic cleaning cycle.

6.2 Regular Cleaning

• Exterior: Wipe the stainless steel exterior with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
