5.2 Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the mouse frequently. Charge the mouse when the battery indicator suggests low power. Store the mouse in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Mouse Not Responding

  • Check Battery: Ensure the mouse is charged. Connect it via USB-C cable to confirm if it powers on.
  • Check Connection:
    • For 2.4 GHz Wireless: Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port and the mouse is switched to 2.4 GHz mode. Try a different USB port.
    • For Bluetooth: Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your computer and the mouse is in Bluetooth pairing mode. Re-pair the device if necessary.
    • For Wired: Ensure the USB-C cable is firmly connected to both the mouse and the computer. Try a different USB port.
  • Restart Computer: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.

6.2 Cursor Movement is Erratic or Laggy

  • Clean Sensor: Dust or debris on the optical sensor can cause erratic movement. Clean the sensor area on the underside of the mouse with a soft cloth.
  • Surface: Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable, non-reflective surface. A mouse pad is recommended for optimal tracking.
  • Interference: For wireless connections, move the mouse closer to the receiver or computer to minimize potential interference from other wireless devices.
  • DPI Setting: Adjust the DPI setting to a level that feels comfortable and responsive for your current task.

6.3 RGB Lighting Not Working

  • Check Battery: Low battery can affect RGB lighting functionality. Charge the mouse fully.
  • Cycle Modes: Use the scroll wheel and side buttons to cycle through RGB lighting modes and ensure it's not set to an 'off' state.
