- 96 oz. Vessel with Pour Handle
- Drip Tray
- Auger (Mixing Paddle)
Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Initial Placement: Place the main unit on a clean, dry, and level countertop.
- Upright Positioning: Ensure the unit remains upright for a minimum of 2 hours before plugging it into a power outlet. This allows the internal cooling system to settle.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash all removable parts (vessel, pour handle, auger, drip tray) in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
- Assembly: Reassemble the clean, dry parts onto the main unit. Ensure the vessel is securely locked in place and the pour handle is correctly attached. Place the drip tray beneath the pour spout.

Operating Instructions
1. Preparing Ingredients
- The Ninja SLUSHi machine requires pre-mixed liquid ingredients. Do not add solid objects directly into the vessel.
- For optimal slush consistency, ensure your recipe includes sugar. Sugar-free recipes may require a recommended sugar substitute to achieve proper slushing.
2. Filling the Vessel
- Pour your pre-mixed liquid into the 96 oz. vessel. Observe the 'MIN FILL 16oz' and 'MAX FILL 74oz' markings on the vessel to ensure proper liquid levels.

3. Selecting a Program
- Press the power button to turn on the machine.
- Choose one of the 5 preset programs from the control panel: Slush, Spiked Slush, Frappe, Milkshake, or Frozen Juice.
- Use the temperature control buttons (up/down arrows with snowflake icons) to customize the thickness/coldness of your drink. Higher settings result in a thicker, more frozen consistency, while lower settings yield a more liquid consistency.

4. Freezing Process
- The RapidChill Technology will begin to rotate the liquid 360° around a cooling cylinder, freezing it evenly.
- Freezing times vary from 15-60 minutes depending on ingredients, volume, and starting temperature. The machine will beep when the drink is ready.

5. Dispensing
- Once the drink is ready, use the self-serve handle with the pour spout to dispense your beverage directly into a cup.
- For milkshakes, it is recommended to serve immediately. Slushies can be kept in the machine for up to 12 hours at optimal temperature.

Recipes
Vanilla Milkshake (Example)
- Combine 1 cup sugar, 5 cups milk, 2 cups heavy cream, and 2 tablespoons vanilla extract in a separate bowl or pitcher.
- Mix thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja SLUSHi vessel, ensuring it is between the MIN FILL and MAX FILL lines.
- Select the 'Milkshake' preset program. Adjust coldness if desired.
- Once the machine beeps, dispense and serve immediately.
Experiment with various liquids like wine, coffee, soda, juice, or chocolate milk to create your preferred frozen drinks.
Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Rinse Cycle
- After dispensing, press the 'Rinse' button on the control panel.
- Add warm water to the vessel up to the fill line. The machine will spin to clean the interior.
- Dispense the water into a bowl. Repeat this process until the water runs clear.
2. Disassembly and Deep Cleaning
- To disassemble, pull the pour handle forward, then lift the vessel off the main unit.
- Remove the auger from the vessel.
- Remove the drip tray.
- All removable parts (vessel, pour handle, auger, drip tray) are dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning.
- Wipe the main unit and the cooling cylinder with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
Troubleshooting
- Low-Sugar Alert: If the machine indicates a low-sugar alert, the liquid may not freeze properly. Add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar or a recommended sugar substitute to the mixture and restart the program.
- High-Alcohol/Low-Sugar Alert: For alcoholic beverages, ensure adequate sugar content. If an alert appears, add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar or a recommended sugar substitute.
- Inconsistent Freezing: Ensure ingredients are thoroughly mixed before adding to the vessel. Uneven freezing can occur if sugar or other ingredients are not fully dissolved.
- Unit Not Powering On: Check that the unit is securely plugged into a working power outlet and has been kept upright for at least 2 hours prior to initial use.
