- GRANITA NOT FLOWING? For optimal flow, fill to the MAX FILL line and ensure the appliance is running. For smoother flow, decrease temperature. Easier-to-drink frozen beverages flow more smoothly.
PRESET PROGRAMS:
PROGRAM | DEFAULT/OPTIMUM TEMP. | DESIGNED FOR | RECIPE EXAMPLE |
---|---|---|---|
SLUSH (Granita) | Transforming everyday drinks | Refreshing drinks | |
FROZEN COCKTAIL | Drinks with alcohol content | Margarita, Rosé | |

MILKSHAKE | Creamy dairy-based drinks | Chocolate milk, Milkshake | |

SUGAR CONTENT REQUIREMENTS:
Too much or too little sugar or alcohol will prevent proper freezing. Follow instructions for a perfect frozen beverage.
All ingredients must contain at least 5g of sugar per 100ml.
SUGAR CONTENT GUIDELINES:
Check the nutritional label of your drink/liquid to ensure it meets minimum sugar content recommendations.
EXAMPLE:
PORTION | MINIMUM TOTAL SUGAR CONTENT | NUTRITIONAL DECLARATION PER 100 ML | PORTION |
---|---|---|---|
330 ml | 16.5 g | Energy 235 kJ/55 kcal Fat 0.5 g Carbohydrates 11 g of which sugars* 5 g Protein 0.65 g Salt 25 mg |
5 g (meets minimum requirements) |
750 ml | 37.5 g | ||
1000 ml | 50 g |
DIET AND LOW-SUGAR DRINKS:
Diet and low-sugar drinks cannot be turned into slushies on their own due to insufficient sugar for proper freezing. To make them into slushies, add the following:
TOTAL DRINK QUANTITY | ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS |
---|---|
700 ml | 8.5 g erythritol, 21 g lemon juice, and 1 tsp salt |
1400 ml | 17 g erythritol, 42 g lemon juice, and 1 tsp salt |
1700 ml | 20.5 g erythritol, 51 g lemon juice, and 1½ tsp salt |
WHAT IS ERYTHRITOL?
Erythritol is a low-calorie sweetener that provides a sugar-like taste without significantly affecting blood sugar levels or contributing to tooth decay. It is widely used as a sugar substitute and is generally considered safe for consumption. Consume in moderation as part of a balanced diet.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
- LOW SUGAR CONTENT ALERT: If the sugar content is too low, the appliance will detect it and alert you. Temperature adjustment LEDs will blink sequentially from top to bottom, and the appliance will beep every minute for 15 minutes.

Combine the extra sugar with the base before pouring into the appliance. Reset the appliance by pressing the corresponding preset program button, then restart by pressing the same button again.

TOTAL DRINK VOLUME | RECOMMENDED ALCOHOL CONTENT (40% ABV) |
---|---|
710 ml | 120 ml |
1065 ml | 175 ml |
1420 ml | 235 ml |
