Pre-frozen ingredients are sweeter. Don't worry, the taste won't be as sweet after freezing.

Using the Control Panel

POWER BUTTON: Press to turn the appliance on or off.

RINSE CYCLE: Agitates without chilling to rinse the appliance. After use, wash components by hand or in the dishwasher.

PRESET PROGRAMS: 5 unique preset programs use RapidChill technology for ideal frozen beverage texture.

TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT: Each preset program starts at an optimal temperature. Adjust temperature for your perfect frozen texture.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

PRESET PROGRAMS:

PROGRAM DEFAULT/OPTIMUM TEMP. DESIGNED FOR RECIPE EXAMPLE

SUGAR CONTENT REQUIREMENTS:

Too much or too little sugar or alcohol will prevent proper freezing. Follow instructions for a perfect frozen beverage.

All ingredients must contain at least 5g of sugar per 100ml.

SUGAR CONTENT GUIDELINES:

Check the nutritional label of your drink/liquid to ensure it meets minimum sugar content recommendations.

EXAMPLE:

PORTION MINIMUM TOTAL SUGAR CONTENT NUTRITIONAL DECLARATION PER 100 ML PORTION
330 ml 16.5 g Energy 235 kJ/55 kcal
Fat 0.5 g

Salt 25 mg
5 g (meets minimum requirements)
750 ml 37.5 g
1000 ml 50 g

DIET AND LOW-SUGAR DRINKS:

Diet and low-sugar drinks cannot be turned into slushies on their own due to insufficient sugar for proper freezing. To make them into slushies, add the following:

TOTAL DRINK QUANTITY ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS
700 ml 8.5 g erythritol, 21 g lemon juice, and 1 tsp salt
1400 ml 17 g erythritol, 42 g lemon juice, and 1 tsp salt
1700 ml 20.5 g erythritol, 51 g lemon juice, and 1½ tsp salt

WHAT IS ERYTHRITOL?

Erythritol is a low-calorie sweetener that provides a sugar-like taste without significantly affecting blood sugar levels or contributing to tooth decay. It is widely used as a sugar substitute and is generally considered safe for consumption. Consume in moderation as part of a balanced diet.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

ALCOHOL GUIDELINES

For perfect frozen cocktails, ensure all pre-mixed ingredients (wine, beer, etc.) contain between 2.8% and 16% alcohol when using the FROZEN COCKTAIL preset.

TOTAL DRINK VOLUME RECOMMENDED ALCOHOL CONTENT (40% ABV)

This cycle agitates without chilling to rinse the appliance. After using the rinse cycle, wash all components by hand or in the dishwasher for a complete cleaning after each use.

  1. Empty the frozen beverage completely.
  2. Turn off the current preset program. Press the RINSE button.

NOTE: If necessary, repeat until all frozen beverage is removed from the evaporator.

DISASSEMBLY AND CLEANING:

For best results, use the rinse cycle before disassembling and cleaning all components.

  1. Unlock the carrying handle by pulling it forward and remove the jar by gently pulling it away from the appliance. For more thorough cleaning, the splash guard can be removed from the jar by pulling forward. Ensure the jar is tilted down to prevent any remaining liquid from spilling. Set aside.
  2. Remove the spiral from the evaporator. Set aside.
  3. Wipe the evaporator with a sanitized cloth or a warm, damp cloth.
  4. Gently slide the condensation collector out of the appliance as it may contain residual liquid. Set aside.
  5. Wipe the appliance base with a sanitized cloth or a warm, damp cloth.
  6. NOTE: The drip tray cover can be removed for easy cleaning. Regularly clean food-contact surfaces.
  7. If necessary, remove the drip tray and/or spout splash guard.
  8. Wash all components by hand with warm, soapy water or in the dishwasher. Repeat if necessary until all components are completely clean.
  9. NOTE: All components except the motor base and evaporator are dishwasher safe. Cleaning and maintenance should not be performed by children without supervision.
  10. Wipe the motor base and evaporator with a sanitized cloth or a warm, damp cloth.
  11. Allow all components to dry completely before reassembling and/or storing the appliance.

STORAGE

To store the cord, wrap it with a hook-and-loop fastener near the back of the motor base. Do NOT wrap the cord around the bottom of the base.

Store the appliance upright with all components assembled. Store the drip tray on the left side of the appliance, securing it in place. When moving the appliance, lift it by the bottom of the motor base.

Do not store ingredients inside the jar.

MOTOR RESET

This appliance has a unique safety system to prevent damage to the motor and drive system if accidentally overloaded. If overloaded, the motor will temporarily shut off. Follow the reset procedure below:

  1. Unplug the appliance.
  2. Let the appliance cool for approximately 15 minutes.
  3. Remove all components and accessories. Ensure the spiral is not blocked by ingredients.
  4. IMPORTANT: Ensure maximum capacity has not been exceeded, as this is the most common cause of appliance overload.
  5. Do not process large pieces of ice or ice cubes. Do not make smoothies or process hard, whole ingredients.
