1.1 Unboxing and Package Contents

Before you begin, please ensure all items are present in the package:

• Brondi Amico Flash Mobile Phone
• Charging Base
• Battery
• USB Type-C Charger
• User Manual

1.2 SIM Card and Battery Installation

To install the SIM card(s) and battery:

1. Carefully remove the back cover of the phone.
2. Insert your SIM card(s) into the designated slot(s) (supports Dual SIM). Ensure the gold contacts face downwards.
3. Insert the battery into its compartment, aligning the contacts correctly.
4. Replace the back cover until it clicks securely into place.

1.3 Charging the Phone

To charge your Brondi Amico Flash:

1. Connect the USB Type-C charger to the charging base.
2. Place the phone onto the charging base. Ensure it is seated correctly and the charging indicator appears on the screen.
3. Allow the phone to charge fully before first use.

2.1 Power On/Off

• To power on: Press and hold the red power button until the screen lights up.
• To power off: Press and hold the red power button, then confirm power off on the screen.

2.2 Making and Receiving Calls

• Making a Call: Dial the number using the large, backlit keypad and press the green call button.
• Receiving a Call: Press the green call button when the phone rings. The LED will also flash to alert you.
• Ending a Call: Press the red end call button.

2.3 SOS Button Functionality

The dedicated SOS button provides quick access to emergency contacts:

• Press and hold the SOS button for 1-2 seconds to automatically dial pre-set emergency numbers.
• Ensure emergency contacts are configured in the phone settings.

2.4 Remote Control Feature

This feature allows trusted family members to remotely assist you:

• Family members can intervene remotely on your Amico Flash when needed.
• Consult the full manual for details on setting up and using remote control functions.

2.5 Flash LED (Torch)

The integrated Flash LED can be used as a powerful torch:

• Activate the torch function via the phone's menu or a dedicated side button (if available).

2.6 Voice Announcement of Dialed Numbers

For enhanced usability, the phone can announce the numbers you dial:

• As you press a key, the Amico Flash will audibly repeat the digit.
• This feature can be enabled or disabled in the phone's settings.

2.7 "Vedi e chiama" (Photo Contacts)

Call your favorite contacts by simply clicking on their photo:

• Set up photo contacts in the phone's address book.
• Navigate to the photo contacts and select the desired contact to initiate a call.

2.8 Volume and Vibration

• The phone features high volume for ringtones and conversations.
• A strong vibration function is also included for incoming calls and notifications.

2.9 Dual SIM and Bluetooth Connectivity

• Dual SIM: Stay connected on two networks simultaneously by inserting two SIM cards.
• Bluetooth 2.1: Connect to compatible Bluetooth devices such as headsets or car kits.

3.1 General Care

• Keep the phone dry and away from moisture.
• Avoid exposing the phone to extreme temperatures.
• Do not drop or subject the phone to strong impacts.

3.2 Battery Care

• Use only the original Brondi charger and battery.
• Avoid overcharging the battery; disconnect once fully charged.
• If the phone will not be used for an extended period, charge the battery partially (around 50%) and store it in a cool, dry place.

3.3 Cleaning

• Wipe the phone with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

4.1 Common Issues and Solutions

• Phone not turning on: Ensure the battery is correctly inserted and charged. Try charging the phone for at least 30 minutes.
• Charging issues: Check if the charger and charging base are properly connected. Ensure the charging contacts on the phone and base are clean.
• Poor call quality: Check network signal strength. Ensure the earpiece/speaker is not obstructed.
• SOS button not working: Verify that emergency contacts are correctly set up in the phone's settings.
• Phone not found on charging base: Press the button on the charging base to make the phone emit a sound and flash its LED for easier retrieval.
