2. Important Safety Information

• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
• The appliance is equipped with an overheat protection device. If the motor overheats, it will automatically shut off. Allow it to cool down before resuming operation.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Ensure the lid is securely locked in place before operating the blender.
• Never add ingredients while the appliance is running without the lid securely in place.
• Do not process hot liquids in the grinding cup.

4. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food (blending jar, grinding cup, lids, blades, tamper) in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.

4.1 Assembling the Blending Jar

1. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
2. Ensure the blender is unplugged from the power outlet.
3. Align the blending jar onto the motor base, ensuring it clicks securely into place. The handle should face forward or to the right.
4. Add your ingredients to the blending jar. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
5. Place the lid onto the blending jar and press down firmly until it locks. Ensure the pour spout is closed.

4.2 Assembling the Grinding Cup

1. Ensure the blender is unplugged.
2. Add dry ingredients to the grinding cup. Do not overfill.
3. Screw the grinding blade assembly onto the grinding cup until tight.

5.1 Control Panel Overview

• Speed Dial (MIN-MAX): Adjusts the blending speed manually. Turn clockwise for higher speeds.
• PULSE Switch: Provides short bursts of high-speed blending for chopping or quick mixing. Hold for continuous pulse.
• Preset Programs Dial: Selects automated programs for specific tasks: Warm Purees, Smoothies, Ice Crush, Grains.

5.2 Blending (Using 68oz Jar)

1. Ensure the blending jar is correctly assembled and filled with ingredients.
2. Plug the blender into a power outlet.
3. Turn the ON/OFF switch to 'ON'.
4. Select a preset program (e.g., 'SMOOTHIES') or manually adjust the speed dial from MIN to MAX.
5. For thick mixtures, use the tamper through the lid's opening to push ingredients towards the blades. Do not use the tamper if the lid cap is not removed.
6. Once desired consistency is reached, turn the speed dial to MIN, then switch the ON/OFF to 'OFF'.
7. Unplug the blender before removing the jar.

1. Ensure the grinding cup with blade assembly is correctly assembled and filled with dry ingredients.

4. Select the 'GRAINS' preset program or use the PULSE function for controlled grinding.
