This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your GOURMETmaxx AirGenius Hot Air Fryer. Please read all instructions carefully before first use and retain this manual for future reference.
2. Safety Instructions
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury.
- Read all instructions before operating the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the main unit in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Do not block any ventilation openings.

- Main Unit: Houses the heating element and fan.

4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove all packaging materials from the air fryer and its accessories.
- Check that all components listed in Section 3 are present and undamaged.
- Keep packaging materials out of reach of children.
4.2 Initial Cleaning
Before first use, clean all removable parts.
- Wash the frying baskets, crisping plates, and divider with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Wipe the interior and exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly and use.
4.3 Placement
- Place the air fryer on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is adequate space (at least 10 cm) around the appliance for proper ventilation.
- Do not place the appliance near flammable materials or heat sources.
5. Operating Instructions
The GOURMETmaxx AirGenius offers flexible cooking options with its 10-liter capacity, which can be used as a single XXL zone or two independent 5-liter zones.
5.1 Control Panel Overview

- Power Button: Turns the appliance on/off.
- Temperature Controls (+/-): Adjust cooking temperature.
- Time Controls (+/-): Adjust cooking time.
- Pre-set Program Icons: Select from 10 pre-programmed cooking functions.
- SYNC COOK: Synchronizes cooking end times for two different programs.
- MATCH COOK: Applies the same program settings to both baskets.
- Start/Pause: Initiates or pauses the cooking process.
5.2 Single Zone (XXL) Operation
For larger quantities or single large items, use the full 10-liter capacity.
- Ensure the divider is removed from the cooking chamber.
- Place the crisping plate(s) at the bottom of the basket(s).
- Place food directly into the basket. Do not overfill.
- Insert the basket(s) into the main unit.
- Press the Power button to turn on the appliance.
- Select a pre-set program or manually set the temperature and time using the respective controls.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.

5.3 Dual Zone Operation (2 x 5L)
Cook two different dishes simultaneously with independent settings.
- Insert the divider into the cooking chamber to create two separate 5-liter compartments.
- Place crisping plates into each basket.
- Add food to each basket.
- Insert both baskets into the main unit.
- Press the Power button.
- For independent cooking: Select settings for Zone I, then select settings for Zone II. Press Start/Pause.
- For SYNC COOK: Set desired programs/settings for Zone I and Zone II. Press the SYNC COOK button. The appliance will automatically adjust the start times so both zones finish cooking simultaneously. Press Start/Pause.
- For MATCH COOK: Set desired program/settings for Zone I. Press the MATCH COOK button to apply these settings to Zone II. Press Start/Pause.

5.4 Pre-set Programs
The appliance features 10 pre-set programs for common dishes. Refer to the icons on the control panel for specific programs (e.g., fries, chicken, fish, vegetables, steak).
- To select a program, touch the corresponding icon on the control panel.
- The default temperature and time for that program will be displayed.
- You can adjust the temperature and time manually after selecting a pre-set program if desired.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.
6.1 Cleaning After Each Use
- Unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove the frying baskets, crisping plates, and divider.
- Wash these removable parts with warm, soapy water. The non-stick coating allows for easy cleaning. These parts are also dishwasher-safe.
- Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
- Clean the interior of the cooking chamber with a damp cloth. Remove any food residue.
- Ensure all parts are thoroughly dry before reassembling or storing the appliance.

6.2 Storage
- Store the cleaned and dried air fryer in a cool, dry place.
- Do not place heavy objects on top of the appliance.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your air fryer, consult the following table before contacting customer support.
