Troubleshooting
Refer to the table below for common issues and their solutions.

Figure 9: Common troubleshooting tips for issues like unresponsive control panel, stuck filter, slow brewing, poor milk froth, and no/less steam.
| Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Control Panel is Unresponsive | Temporary software glitch. | Turn off the machine, return the knob to OFF, and restart the machine. |
| Filter Stuck in The Brew Head | Improper installation or coffee grounds blocking. | Attach the portafilter to the brew head and turn it left and right until the filter falls down. |
| Coffee Brewed Slowly or in Small Quantity | Ground coffee is too fine or too much. | If the ground coffee is nothing wrong, rotate the steam knob and let the water come out of the steam wand (about 180ml). |
| Poor Milk Froth / No or Less Steam | Incorrect milk temperature/type, or steam nozzle blockage. | Ensure milk is whole milk and chilled at 2-5°C (35.6-41°F). If there is nothing wrong with the milk, submerge the steam nozzle 1CM into the milk surface. Check the water reservoir, fill it up to Max mark and reassemble it properly. Let the machine preheat. Rotate the steam knob gently until steam sprays out when milk frothing. |
